When Receiving Your Product
Before signing the delivery receipt, please check the packaging of your product for any signs of damage or issues. If there is any damage, missing items, or if the package tape appears tampered with, do not sign any documents. Instead, return the package to the courier and request that an official damage report be filed. Once you fulfill this obligation, your replacement product(s) will be sent to you immediately. Please note: If you accept a package that has visible damage or is missing items and sign for it, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss related to the contents of the package.
