Within this scope, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and relevant legislation, we would like to emphasize that the personal data you share with Sose Moda during your job application, employment relationship, or other procedures are processed lawfully and with the utmost care.

Processing of Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected by automated or non-automated means in accordance with the requirements of the employment relationship and legal obligations, and may be processed within the boundaries set forth by the applicable legislation.

Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Your Personal Data

Pursuant to the KVKK and applicable legislation, you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
To request information if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
To request correction of incomplete or incorrect data,
To request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist,
To request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
To object to outcomes to your detriment resulting from the exclusive analysis of your personal data through automated systems,
To claim compensation if you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Sose Moda will respond to your request as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty (30) days free of charge. However, if your request incurs an additional cost as determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, a fee may be charged.
