This Clarification Text has been prepared by Sose Moda (hereinafter referred to as “Sose Moda”) in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, to whom and for what purposes it may be transferred, the methods of collection, and your legal rights.

• To request the correction of any incomplete or incorrect data,

• To request deletion or destruction of your data if the reasons for processing no longer exist,

• To object to any negative outcome resulting from automated processing,

• To request compensation for any damages suffered due to unlawful processing.
