Can I save a product I like?
Yes! You can add any product to your favorites from the product detail page and view them later in the My Favorites section of your account.

 

In which countries can I shop online?
You can shop online from anywhere in the world.

 

Will I have to pay customs duties and other fees for international orders?
For all purchases from Sose Moda, any fees other than customs duties are covered by us. You won’t be charged any additional costs.

 

What should I do if the product I received is incorrect or defective?
Please go to the My Account / Support Requests section and submit a request.
Our support team will get back to you via email within 3 to 5 business days.

 

I have a promotion or discount code. How can I use it for my online purchase?
You can enter your promo or discount code in the Gift Cards section of your shopping cart before completing your order.

 

Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, go to the My Account / Support Requests section and submit a request.
